Gorgeous builder is still here . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
(He's shy . . . . . . . . . . .)
We have made good progress since I last spoke with you all . . . . . . .
I feel like I've had a hoover and a damp cloth attached to me . . . . . . . .
At all times for the last two months . . . . . .
In fact I have become quite a scrubber . . . . . . . . . . !!
There is not one inch left inside this whole house . . . . . . . . . .
that has not been touched by my fair hand . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
We have had a good de-clutter too . . . . . . . . . . . .
It's amazing . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
When you have to move all your stuff from one room
into another and back again, SEVERAL TIMES . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
You realise you can live without soooooooooh much of it!!!!!
So would you like to see our progress?
As you can see the kitchen is finished. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
And our living room is nearly finished . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
I just have just a few more of these to make . . . . . . . . .
We can't have a sitting room with only two cushions in it can we?
We still have LOT'S of finishing touches left to do . . . . . . . . .
All the new windows still need painting outside . . . . . . . . . . . .
The new floor in the porch needs grouting . . . . . . .
A bit of painting and decorating inside still to do . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
And I need to get a piece of mirror glass cut for this old life-belt . . . . . . ..
I've customised . . . . . . . . . . . .
As it's going to hold the mirror over the basin in our new wet room . . . .
I love the finishing touches don't you?

It looks amazing. We've been spending a lot of time doing up the bones of our house but haven't had the 'oh look, its finished' as most of the jobs are hidden
